Raise Money For Childrens Cancer
Every year more than 500 Australian children will be diagnosed with cancer.
Every week three Australian children will die of cancer.
Children’s Cancer Institute Australia for Medical Research (CCIA) is the only independent medical research institute in Australia dedicated to research into the causes, prevention, better treatments and ultimately a cure for childhood cancer.
To help raise finances for the medical research, a group to cyclists ride from Townsville to Cairns (north Queensland), a distance of some 360 km. These riders volunteer their time and services to raise 100’s of 1000’s of dollars for this wonderful cause every year.
To help them raise more money for this research I am starting a campaign to sponser their ride.
The dates for the Big W Townsville to Cairns Bike Ride 2009 will be from Thursday 30th July to Saturday 1st August 2009
CCIA 2009 . My goal this year is to raise $900.
How to Donate:
Donate $50 and your name and website link will be listed in this post under a “thank you” section at the top.
Donate $100 you get a site-wide text link under a new “charity sponsors” section area on every page of Traxashore.com for two months.
Donate $250 you get an article on Traxashore.com specifically about your business. The article can’t be pure advertising but it can focus 100% on your business and of course link back to any of your own websites. You must supply the article.
